摘要：本文在对传统项目评价的概念进行扩充之后，提出了项目前评价、项目中评价及项目后评价的概念，并重点对项目中评价的相关评价模型进行了探讨，提出了项目中评价的二维结构模型、聚类评价模型、递进评价模型及项目中评价的DEA评价方法。
